4–5am — Prep Our kitchen team starts the day before sunrise. Vegetables and proteins are chopped fresh, portioned by recipe and life stage, ready for the stoves.
5–6am — Every meal is cooked using your dog's specific recipe, whether that's a puppy plan, an adult maintenance meal, or a therapeutic diet. Hot, wholesome, balanced, and ready.
6–9am — Orders go out, deliveries are based on your preferred schedule so your dog's meal arrives before they're hungry.

What time will my delivery arrive? All orders are delivered from 6.30am onwards. Last minute or late orders are sent as soon as possible, but may not make the early morning dispatch.
If I get a same day delivery is my food still fresh? Yes. We always prepare a little extra to be ready for last minute orders. Every meal is freshly prepared.
Is the food cooked fresh every day? Yes. Every meal is prepared fresh. We start prep work in the early hours of the morning so we can deliver in time for your dogs breakfast.
